Commitment to top quality and non-stop innovationsAwarded the ISO9001 certification in 2002, Luen Yick carries complete quality control procedures, from the evaluation of a new product to its delivery. The quality control department is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, instituting in-process quality procedures to provide early feedback of workmanship or other problems and performing final checks and tests of finished products. Visioning itself as a one-stop solutions provider, Luen Yick builds up a R & D team, with qualified engineers and experienced technicians, to offer a comprehensive range of design, development and manufacturing services. To ensure meeting up schedules and quality requirements, the company also owns a tooling & mould-making department, which is responsible for mould designing, in-house tooling and mould making. By keeping a sensitive eye on the changing market, Luen Yick is able of responding promptly to the market demands and continuously releasing new products. The company established productive partnership with a university in Hong Kong to develop new products. Luen Yick uses natural materials, such as copper, glass and timber in its design for better texture.

Smoothly operated business networksUnder the leadership of management expertise, the three major offices of Luen Yick are run smoothly.The Hong Kong headquarter is responsible for the financial control of global marketing operation, and taking flexible and efficient control of the mainland plant on design, engineering concept and quality demand, production and logistic operation. The Turkey-based sales office shoulders the task of exploring new market potential in Eastern Europe, developing extensive distribution network throughout Turkey and Europe, while the China sales office scheduled to promote the ""Kengo"" brand products in domestic retail market since 2002. The overseas sales office efficiently maintains customer relationship with 80% is long-term royal customers. Both sales offices keep the company posted on my market development and provide fresh product feedbacks to the R & D team of Luen Yick.

Vision of the futureLuen Yick is fast responding to the new business opportunities of lighting products, in particular the booming sector of energy saving lighting. In its 2003 investment plan, the company invests heavily in enlargement of manufacturing floor space, which occupies a construction space of 18,000 square meters, and purchase of advanced equipment, which will gain the company a upper hand in the global trend for energy saving fluorescent lighting fixtures. Meanwhile it is actively building up and increasing public awareness of its own brand.
